15 Years Later: Biggie Smalls Autopsy Report Revealed

It has been 15 years since the death of Christopher Wallace commonly known as rap legend Notorious B.I.G. and the news organization TMZ has leaked the violent details of the autopsy report to the general public. (See diagram below)

Details confirm he was gunned down in Los Angeles and reveal the full body map of his wounds. He was shot in the shoulder, chest, scrotum, leg and forearm and while three of the wounds were not fatal one tore through his ribs and lungs. The links are easy to find on Twitter I came up with results from Huffington Post, TMZ and even celebrities commenting on the recent news.

At 24 years old the death of Notorious B.I.G. went unsolved and stunned the rap community as he was such a charismatic and talented rap artist. His debut album "Ready to Die" is still considered one of the greatest rap albums of all time and his sophomore double album "Life After Death" released posthumously has since been certified diamond in sales and is arguably better than it's predecessor.

The case remains open and all that is left to remember Biggie is his music and how heavily it impacted hip hop as he continued to push himself further as an artist. "Life After Death" is a reminder that although he had thoughts about death he had a long career ahead of him.

R.I.P. Biggie Smalls
